Buddy holly, oh boy
I think this is the sweetest post I’ve ever published so far on my two blogs, so I won’t spoil it with much writing.
Suffice it to say, Acerules’ partner for the debutante ball surprised us all by organising his relative to drive them both to the event in a terrific vintage car (wearing a hat!) The car was perfect with her slightly 1950s-60s look.
He also gave her a lovely wrist corsage, the last in a long line of thoughtful presents of flowers, jewellery, etc.
I had asked that they stop together at the Sale Museum for photographs taken by my Hubby. It was around the corner from our motel. (I stayed behind to get ready.)
I would like to thank the young man’s parents for allowing him to attend, because it wasn’t a cheap undertaking, and he made it so special.

Keep dropping in for the post where I show you the deb ball itself!
You couldn’t get a sweeter looking young couple.

Thankyou, Rina and Lynn. The dress is now for sale as I’m sick of it hanging on my door. I’m selling my second wedding dress too, it’s floor length. Maybe Marie Kondo will give me a gold star 😉

Thanks, Barry, It’s nice they got to be centre of attention one night.i fear the future for the youth generally, will be less than stellar.
